ENGGA product processes from material procurement, assembling to ex-work inspection are strictly controlled under the QC system, with has already passed the strict ISO9001 : 2000 QC certification.
ENNGA products are approved with CE marking and CCS certified for marine application.
ENGGA today is already well recognized as the leading supplier to the industrial, petrochemical and marine sectors or any place where dependable electrical power is highly needed.
ENGGA produce both single and double bearing configuration alternators and are most suitable for assembling with sectors or all branded international Gen-Drive engines. • Frames
ENGGA standard stator frames are most ruggedly constructed with high strength and solid support. The stator frames are welded with heavy rings and steel bars and reinforced with welding plates between bars.
Heavy gauge steel is formed and fastened to the frame to provide ample airflow path. The end-rings are precisely machined to support to the bearing brackets.

• Main Stator Assembly

ENGGA standard stator windings are the configuration of double –layer winding type. This to ensure maximum insulation properties.
Half interaction insulations braced and supported by layer of insulating film and wrapped insulating bandage cloth to withstand short-circuit faulty condition and the end-hoop fixing, used at the end of the windings of the stator greatly improved the coil insulations and mechanism strength; upgrading the performance of its anti-electromagnetism impact, dust-proof and anti-corrosion of the windings. This design is most suitable used for abominable environmental conditions.
The entire stator assemblies, inclusive of the stator frames are immersed into varnish resin. |

• Main Rotor Assembly
ENGGA rotor windings are of special triple-layer high temperature insulated high-grade rectangular copper wire type.

| Incorporated with the rotor-insulation technology of ENGGA’s patent ; he alternator provides most reliable insulation performance between circles and layers and have the excellent mechanical performance that effectively upgrade the alternator’s operational lifespan.
New salient pole interacted rotor technology, whole-windings technology and coil winded directly on the magnetic pole as well as ventilation-cooling technology have improved the alternator’s heat radiation and duty performance. The rotor are vertically-varnish paint dry and dynamically balanced to meet specifications to ensures the alternator vibrate lightly and create lesser noise.
